We at ScatterPie are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing and managing the sales team, and owning sales targets for the respective Develop and execute sales strategies:.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
Sales team management:.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, provide guidance and support, and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Sales forecasting and budgeting:.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to forecast sales volumes and set sales budgets.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
Relationship building:.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify customer needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales reporting and analysis:.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present sales performance data to senior management.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose strategies for improvement.
Sales process improvement:.
- Continuously evaluate the sales process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and obstacles to ensure smooth sales Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales activities with overall company objectives.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
Build Customer Relations:.
- Build and nurture customer relations to turn costumers into ambassadors.
- Stay updated with industry trends:.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand industry knowledge and develop professional Experience Required: 5-7 years.
- Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
