Description
As a Maintenance professional at Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our SCC Bangalore site. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of utilities and implementing process automation to enhance efficiency. You will be accountable for aligning available resources effectively and collaborating with other functional teams to achieve our site's goals.

Responsibilities

Account for overall site maintenance, including equipment upkeep and repair.
Manage utility operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Implement process automation strategies to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with functional support teams to address maintenance-related issues promptly.
Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely execution.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance, identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities.
Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and tools.
Experience with process automation and optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
