Description
The SCC Mohali | BE & Capability | DH - BE & Capability | M2A role is a critical position within the SC Operations|Capability & Transformation|SCC Capability & Transformation department. You will be responsible for driving business excellence and capability enhancement initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain operations. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's overall performance and success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Business Excellence & Capability team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance business processes, systems, and capabilities across the supply chain.
Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business excellence initiatives with overall business objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure the team's effectiveness and development.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends, incorporating them into the organization's processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical practices.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business excellence and capability enhancement.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for process improvement and optimization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
Willingness to travel as required for business needs and to support cross-functional projects.
