Job Description - SCC Mumbai | Production | Dough | Dough Team 1 | A04

Description

Responsible for daily completion of production processes within a work area, operational department, operational Support area, or technical domain. Ensures areas of responsibilities meet SCC/Plant standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Wash and clean trays, crates, and related utensils as per defined SOPs
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning agents and sanitizers
  • Maintain hygiene standards in the washing area
  • Operate tray washing machines (if applicable) safely and efficiently
  • Segregate damaged or unusable trays and report to supervisor
  • Follow FIFO/LIFO practices where applicable
  • Ensure availability of clean trays for production on time
  • Maintain cleanliness of washing area and surrounding workspace
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use PPE at all times
  • Support production team during peak requirements
