Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end parent engagement for assigned schools—initiate, nurture, and sustain high-touch relationships via calls, visits, workshops, and digital touchpoints.


• Act as the primary liaison between school leadership, teachers, and parents—ensuring seamless flow of academic progress, behavioral updates, and school events.


• Conduct regular parent feedback sessions and satisfaction surveys; analyze insights to co-create improvement initiatives with school administrators.


• Design and deliver parent education modules (on academic support, digital safety, emotional well-being) aligned with school curriculum and culture.


• Track and report key engagement KPIs (response rates, meeting attendance, feedback sentiment) to drive continuous improvement in communication strategy.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance school-parent digital platforms—suggesting UX improvements and content personalization based on real user feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Parent engagement frameworks


• CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)


• Microsoft Office Suite


• Google Workspace


• Behavioral communication techniques


• Qualitative feedback analysis


• Event coordination


• Basic data visualization (Excel charts, dashboards)

• Experience with school communication apps (e.g., ClassDojo, EduGorilla)


• Training certification in parent counseling or child psychology basics
