Job Description: BeyondSkool seeks a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a School Partnership Manager. As a School Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding BeyondSkool’ s presence in the K-12 School by establishing and nurturing partnerships with schools across different regions. You will be responsible for driving growth, fostering relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of BeyondSkool’ s programs in partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Develop a strategic approach to identify, target, and cultivate partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and educational stakeholders.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Sales and Business Development: Drive revenue growth by effectively pitching BeyondSkool's programs to schools and negotiating partnership agreements.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  5. Representation: Represent BeyondSkool at educational events, conferences, and seminars to promote brand awareness and foster networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Preferably MBA,
  2. 4-7 Years of Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the education sector.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Passion for education and a genuine interest in improving learning outcomes for students.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
