Role & Responsibilities

• Lead school-wide strategic planning, ensuring alignment with educational vision, academic standards, and operational efficiency.


• Oversee curriculum design, teacher development, and instructional quality — driving continuous improvement in student outcomes.


• Build and sustain strong relationships with parents, staff, and local stakeholders to foster trust and community involvement.


• Manage school operations including admissions, finance, compliance, and infrastructure — ensuring adherence to state and national education regulations.


• Mentor and evaluate teaching staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.


• Drive school branding and outreach initiatives to enhance reputation, enrollment, and community impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Principal in a reputed school.


• Mandatory qualifications: B.Ed. and a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.


• Strong experience in school administration, academic leadership, and overall school operations.


• Proven ability to lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff effectively.


• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, implementation, and academic quality standards.


• Experience in developing school policies, improving academic outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence.


• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.


• Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.


• Strong understanding of student welfare, discipline, safeguarding, and school compliance requirements.


• Ability to drive school growth, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Proficiency in English communication is essential.
