About The Role:

You will play a key role in nurturing talent and empowering our teachers to bring amazing educational experiences to our children. So, you will be working with experts from philosophy, psychology, curriculum, and pedagogy to respond to the diverse needs and interests of the students.  

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Develop and deliver engaging science lesson plans, materials, and hands-on activities.
• Create an inclusive classroom catering to diverse learning styles and interests.
• Serve as a role model for scientific inquiry, fostering curiosity and ethical thinking.
• Collaborate with students to co-create learning experiences aligned with their interests.
• Lead discussions, debates, and projects to develop critical thinking and communication.
• Support students in presenting scientific ideas and projects.
• Promote teamwork through creative activities like model building and science fairs.
• Encourage participation in science competitions and extracurricular activities.
• Potentially take on a house parent role, creating a supportive environment for students.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Science preferred). M.Sc. is a plus.
• Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred; passionate newcomers welcome.
• Strong background in science with a passion for experiential learning.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire curiosity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Belief in enjoyable and fulfilling teaching for both educators and students.
• Respect for children as individuals with great potential.
• Enthusiasm for alternative and progressive learning methods.
• Comfort managing diverse tasks, including classroom teaching and outdoor activities.
