As a SCM Functional - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs and implementing ERP software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will specialize in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, providing training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will initially support the D365 implementation and system processes for the SCM / Production Control module in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will act as a liaison between business team members and the technical D365 team, facilitating and documenting system design and procedures, testing functionality, and preparing training material. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in driving success and fostering personal growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions effectively
- Facilitating communication between business teams and technical teams for seamless integration
- Supporting the D365 implementation and system processes for the SCM/Production Control module
- Eliciting, understanding, and documenting business requirements and system design
- Testing new and existing functionalities and documenting issues for resolution
- Preparing standard operating procedures and training materials for end-users
- Managing post-Go-Live support to validate continued operations of D365
- Utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and SQL Server Data Tools for customization and development
- Promoting continuous process improvement and downtime reduction strategies
- Integrating data flows and confirming system interoperability within ERP frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
