Job Title: Process Excellence & Procurement Transformation Lead

Role Summary

The Process Excellence & Procurement Transformation Lead will drive end‑to‑end procurement transformation initiatives across Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) and Contract‑to‑Value (C2V) processes. This role focuses on re‑imagining procurement through process excellence, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, productivity, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive procurement process excellence initiatives across Source‑to‑Pay and Contract‑to‑Value value streams.


• Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and digitization across procurement processes.


• Lead procurement transformation initiatives leveraging AI agents, intelligent automation, and advanced digital solutions.


• Improve procurement outcomes by reducing cycle times, enhancing compliance, increasing productivity, and improving stakeholder and end‑user experience.


• Design and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business priorities and procurement strategy.


• Own value realization and benefits tracking, ensuring measurable impact from procurement transformation programs.


• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and embed transformed processes into day‑to‑day operations.


• Apply industry leading practices, benchmarks, and emerging technologies to build scalable and future‑ready procurement operating models.
