Job Title: Coupa – S2P Integration & Functional Lead

Role Summary

The Coupa – S2P Integration & Functional Lead will provide hands‑on functional and technical leadership across the Coupa Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) platform. This role is responsible for configuring end‑to‑end S2P processes, leading integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems, and ensuring stable, high‑adoption Coupa solutions across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on functional and technical expertise across the Coupa S2P platform, including core modules and configurations.


• Lead and support Coupa integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other upstream and downstream enterprise systems.


• Configure and optimize end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes, including requisitioning, buying, invoicing, and payments.


• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data, and process issues across Coupa and ERP landscapes to ensure solution stability and performance.


• Support solution enhancements, system testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities across multiple environments.


• Drive user adoption by supporting training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and implementation partners to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into system design.

Success Measures

• Stable and scalable Coupa integrations with ERP and enterprise systems


• Effective configuration of end‑to‑end S2P processes


• Reduced integration and data issues post go‑live


• Strong user adoption and stakeholder satisfaction
