We're looking for a Script Writer who can translate that sense of luxury into scroll-stopping social content — voice notes, Reels, YouTube shorts, and brand films that feel as premium as the product itself.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Script Writer who can write short-form and mid-form video scripts that are elegant, witty, and conversion-driving — without ever feeling like an ad. You'll be the voice behind our Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, brand storytelling videos, and influencer briefs, translating skincare science and brand philosophy into content that feels aspirational yet relatable.

Key Responsibilities

  Write engaging, platform-native scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content

  
  


• 
  

  Develop hooks, narratives, and CTAs that balance luxury tonality with high scroll-stop value

  
  


• 
  

  Translate product USPs, ingredient stories, and dermatological claims into simple, seductive storytelling

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with the creative, design, and video production teams to bring scripts to life

  
  


• 
  

  Write talent/influencer briefs and on-camera talking points for founders, dermatologists, or creators

  
  


• 
  

  Adapt tone across formats — educational (skincare tips), emotional (brand storytelling), and commercial (product launches)

  
  


• 
  

  Stay on top of social trends, audio trends, and formats, and adapt them tastefully to fit a premium brand voice

  
  


• 
  

  A/B test hooks and script structures based on performance data (watch time, retention, engagement)

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a consistent brand voice guide across all scripted content

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with the social media manager on content calendars and campaign scripting timelines

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  2–5 years of experience in script writing, copywriting, or content writing (social media/D2C/beauty industry preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  A portfolio demonstrating short-form video scripts with strong hooks and storytelling

  
  


• 
  

  Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and what drives engagement on each

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent command over language, tone modulation, and pacing for spoken/video content

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to simplify technical/skincare information into digestible, elegant narratives

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sense of luxury branding — subtlety over shouting, aspiration over hard-sell

  Comfortable working in fast turnaround environments with trend-driven content
