Scrum Master

• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for onshore and offshore teams.
  
• Lead Agile ceremonies for onshore and offshore teams, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Coach and mentor the development team on project management methodologies to enhance productivity.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  
• Assist in breaking down complex tasks into actionable components with clear acceptance criteria.
  
• Identify and eliminate impediments to team progress for successful sprint delivery.
  
• Monitor project progress, address impediments, and promote continuous improvement.
  
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and project managers.
  
• Maintain project metrics for transparency and update progress charts, milestones, and team capacity.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends to contribute to the improvement of project management practices.
  
• Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore team members for alignment and collaboration.
  
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a software development setting.
  
• Min 2 Years of exp required in Azure DevOps
  
• Knowledge on how to create and manage sprints dashboards projects boards etc.
  
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  
• Capable of collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
  
• Demonstrated success in delivering software projects using project management best practices.
  
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  
• Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
  
• Possession of Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
  
• Experience in coaching and guiding teams on project management best practices.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Trello is advantageous.
