Scrum Master

We are looking
for a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will be well -versed in Scrum and SAFe frameworks, capable
of fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and enabling high -performing
teams. 

Key
Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate
  Agile ceremonies: daily stand -ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and
  reviews. 
  
• Coach teams on
  Scrum principles and SAFe practices. 
  
• Collaborate
  with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog. 
  
• Track sprint
  progress and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.). 
  
• Identify and
  remove impediments to team progress. 
  
• Promote a
  culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity. 
  
• Support Agile adoption across teams and
  departments. 
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
  
• Certified Scrum
  Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent SAFe certification. 
  
• 3–6 years of
  experience in Agile project management. 
  
• Strong
  understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks. 
  
• Hands -on
  experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. 
  
• Excellent
  facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  

Preferred
Qualifications: 

• Experience
  working in mid -sized IT companies or startups. 
  
• Exposure to
  DevOps and CI/CD environments. 
  
• Familiarity
  with scaled Agile implementations and enterprise -level Agile
  transformation.
