Scrum Master

We’re hiring a Scrum Master for our client.

As the Scrum Master, your responsibilities would be:

• Driving Agile practices across cross -functional product and engineering teams.
  

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand -ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  

• Ensuring smooth sprint execution, timely delivery of high -quality outcomes, and removing blockers.
  

• Tracking and improving Agile metrics while coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and ownership.
  
  

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, preferably in a startup or product -based organization.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  

• Proven track record of scaling Agile across multiple teams and leading with a data -driven approach to performance.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration, proactive problem -solving, and team enablement.
