Scrum Master

Overview of Position:

We are
seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile principles
and frameworks, exceptional communication skills, and proven expertise in
project and program management. This role will be responsible for driving
initiatives, aligning teams with Scrum best practices, and ensuring successful
delivery of complex programs across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Agile Facilitation &
Coaching: Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating
ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand -ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Coach
teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous
improvement.

·       Program Management &
Delivery: Drive strategic initiatives and manage dependencies across multiple
teams and programs. Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and
business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Track
progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.

·       Process Alignment &
Governance: Establish and maintain Scrum best practices across teams. Identify
process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and
predictability. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and reporting
requirements.

·       Communication & Stakeholder
Management: Act as a key liaison between technical teams, leadership, and
business units. Provide clear, concise, and timely updates on program status,
risks, and mitigation plans. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration,
and accountability.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Experience: 6–10
years in Scrum master

·       Strong understanding of Agile
methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience in scaling Agile across
programs.

·       Proven experience in project
and program management, preferably in a technology or software development
environment.

·       Excellent communication,
facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple
priorities and drive initiatives in a fast -paced environment.

·       Proficiency in Agile tools
(e.g., Jira, Rally, Confluence).

·       Certifications: Certified Scrum
Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent preferred.
