We are seeking a certified Scrum Master with strong hands -on experience in Agile delivery to drive
high -performing Scrum teams. The ideal candidate is proactive,
delivery -focused, and skilled at coaching teams, removing impediments, and
ensuring Agile best practices are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross -functional
  Agile teams
  
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily
  Stand -ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring
  continuous improvement and high team maturity
  
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that block
  team progress
  
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy,
  prioritized, and well -groomed backlog
  
• Track and communicate Agile metrics (velocity, burndown,
  cycle time, predictability)
  
• Maintain Risk Registers for the project and ensure mitigation
  through stakeholders collaboration.
  
• Create and maintain the Project plans throughout the project
  lifecycle.
  
• Drive on -time, high -quality delivery aligned with
  business priorities
  
• Act as a change agent, promoting Agile mindset across
  stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to
  optimize delivery flow
  
• Ensure transparency, visibility, and effective communication
  across all levels
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum
  Master in Agile delivery environments
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM /
  SAFe SM or equivalent – mandatory)
  
• Strong practical experience with Scrum, Agile frameworks,
  and iterative delivery
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
  resolve conflicts proactively
  
• Experience working with cross -functional teams (developer,
  QA, product)
  
• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
  
• Hands -on experience using Agile tools such as Jira,
  Confluence, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
  
• Proactive, self -driven, and delivery -oriented mindset
  

Good to Have

• Experience in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe / LeSS /
  Nexus)
  
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud -based delivery models
  
• Experience working in onsite / client -facing roles
  
• Coaching or mentoring experience for junior Scrum Masters
  
• Experience working in pharma / regulated environment
