About the role

Facilitate Agile delivery for industrial digitalization programs, bridging the world of OT engineering cycles and modern software delivery practices in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI planning, and SAFe Agile Release Train events
Manage cross-functional team coordination between OT engineers, software developers, and data analysts
Maintain velocity metrics, impediment logs, and program increment tracking
Work with Engineering Manager to report program health and risks to senior stakeholders
Drive adoption of Agile best practices in a hybrid OT/IT delivery environment

Must-Have Profile

6-10 years; CSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification mandatory
Exposure to industrial, energy, or manufacturing sector programs
Comfortable with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools; ability to work with non-software OT engineers
Strong educational background – >75% throughout academics
