This partnership is a unique, industry-first model which brings together the best of in-house and 3rd party capability. \nWe work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal. \n#VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture\n\n## About this Role\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nCoach teams in agile values and practices, ensuring consistent application of Scrum principles. \nFacilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. \nSupport the team in estimation, sprint planning, and forecasting deliverables based on empirical evidence. \nBuild, maintain, and refine a healthy product backlog in close collaboration with the Product Owner. \nTrack and report key agile metrics such as burndown, velocity, defect trends, and delivery performance. \nActively remove impediments, address team dynamics, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. \nCoordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies, risks, and programme-level alignment within scaled agile frameworks. \nAdminister and maintain the Scrum board, ensuring accurate and timely updates in Jira or equivalent tools. \nStrengthen collaboration between developers, testers, Product Owners, and stakeholders across teams.\n\n## Who you are\n\nAn agile practitioner with 3\u20134 years of experience working as a Scrum Master. \nKnowledgeable in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile approaches. \nComfortable with software development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. \nExperienced in using agile tooling, particularly Jira, for backlog, sprint, and metrics management. \nA collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management and coaching skills. \nProactive, self-motivated, and able to guide teams through change in a delivery-focused environment.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
