Job Description - SDE - Reactjs Developer

Objectives of this Role and Responsibilities:
• Own end -to -end development and operations of high -performance web and
mobile applications.
• Architecting and scaling engineering platforms to reduce technical debts and
improve performance and agility.
• Foster a culture of innovation and fast execution, leading by example and
hands -on execution.
• Build best -in -class web platforms for solving and enhancing marketplace
dynamicity.
• Interface with business to define requirements and deliverables and provide
the necessary engineering expertise & support to ensure on -time delivery of
products.
• Be the technical owner for a set of products that includes a proprietary web
application written in any JS framework, various automated reporting &
administrative facilities, frontend applications (web), and data -related
engineering initiatives.
• Continue to develop and improve delivery processes.
• Commit to fostering a quality -focused development culture while leading and
managing a team of engineers and QA Lead the talent management effort for
Technology, including hiring, developing, training, and retaining a best -in
class team.

Requirements

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in ReactJs, state managers (ex: Redux, Zustand, Context
API), HTML CSS, MUI styling, Firebase, restful APIs, good coding practices and
UI architecture.
• Strong understanding of hooks and state management is required
• Have a good command on making responsive UI
• Experience of Graphics API is preferred (KonvaJS and Canvas)(Strongly
Preferred)
• Should be comfortable with integrating ML models into Application.
• Knowledge of ThreeJs is a plus.
• Understanding of Node.js, restful APIs integration
• Proficiency with RESTful API usage, Integration patterns with OATH, Chat,
Streaming, Payments and CMS.
• Experience in choosing 3rd party software products, technology frameworks
and defining the integration patterns.
• Experience in owning the end -to -end technology delivery and hands -on
troubleshooting.
• Experience developing POC's with new technologies.
• Expertise in building reusable technical components for accelerating delivery.
• Understanding of all layers of technology stack, containerization, deployment,
mobile app rolls out and security.
• Experience in ensuring end to end quality of software deliverables.
• Working knowledge or good understanding in a multitier architectural
environment.
