Position: Secondary ICT Teacher
School: Hanumant High School, Mahuva (CBSE)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons for students from Grades 6 to 12 in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.


• Teach computer fundamentals, programming, digital literacy, office applications, networking, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies as applicable.


• Integrate technology into classroom teaching to enhance student learning.


• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and maintain academic records.


• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.


• Promote responsible and ethical use of technology among students.


• Support students in ICT projects, coding competitions, exhibitions, and other technology-related activities.


• Maintain the computer laboratory and ensure proper use of ICT resources.


• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support students' academic growth.


• Participate in school events, staff meetings, training programs, and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• B.Ed. is mandatory.


• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.


• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in programming concepts, MS Office, Google Workspace, and educational technology tools.
