Sector Expert (Civil)

Requirements

He is responsible for planning,
monitoring and controlling of all civil works and appropriate action on behalf
of Railway safety related to civil during the complete execution of work.

 He shall report to Resident Engineer
(Electrical).

He shall be responsible for establishing
and auditing Quality Assurance System and Quality Control at work sites
including development of inspection and testing procedures, managing
quality/inspection/test reports, inspecting work sites, witnessing lab tests,
checking materials, reviewing effectiveness of Quality System, assisting
Resident Engineer Electrical in changing the method statements and work
procedures, carrying out audits on construction supervision team and
Contractors’ works and trainings to site personnel and any other work assigned
by the Railway authority.
