Job Description

Technical

  1. Expertise with Axway Product Suite and other Managed File Transfer products
  2. with one programming language/scripting·
  3. Autonomous with one Database. Good understanding of SQL queries·
  4. Autonomous with Unix/Linux/RedHat/CentOS/AIX etc.

Operational   

  1. Flexibility towards in shifts (US, EMEA & APAC regions)

Soft Skills / Experience:

  1. Good communications skills - both written and verbal.
  2. Customer/Front Office engagement experience
  3. Ability to work independently and have Learnability Skills.

Desirable:

  1. Network protocols & security (encryption / authentication / Certificates). Exposure of middleware technologies
  2. Good hands on the Axway MFT products (XFB, Gateway, SecureTransport)
  3. Knowledge of SSL/encryption/Keys/certificates.
  4. Strong knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S data communication protocols with expertise using any gateway tool.
  5. Experience working with Trading Partner Profile Management and configurations
  6. Understanding of databases and experience with SQL
  7. Cloud Awareness- GCS/S3, skills on troubleshooting logging/debugging
  8. Cloud / Managed Services / Product Support (L2/L3) exposure.
  9. Exposure on Cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP etc.
  10. Exposure on Dockers, Kubernetes and Container-based technologies

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science/Electronics) / MCA
