Job Role : To Sell Secured Loans related to Housing & Property.

Open Positions : Secured - LAP, SME – Tier 1 Corporate, SME – Tier 1 Non -Corporate, SME Prime LAP

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Strong understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) and Balance Sheet analysis.

Candidates from HL + LAP mix Experience.

Should be enthusiastic and sales -driven.

Must have complete documentation from all past employers.

Must be sales -driven, enthusiastic, and have valid documentation from all past employers.

Requirements

Minimum 4 to 9 years of experience

Must have experience in DSA handling

Ticket Size Exposure: ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores

Qualification: Graduate (Any Degree)

CIBIL Score: Above 650

Preference: Local Candidates only

Stability: Must be currently employed

Performance: Last 3 months’ performance will be evaluated.
