Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - C10 - MUMBAI

The Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Cash Equities exchange Trade validation, Trade booking and Trade matching
• Interacting with clients (local as well as global), equity sales traders and operations teams to provide support
• Processing trade confirmations to the end clients with efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure smooth settlement of the trades by liaising with the clients, custodian and internal teams
• On boarding of new clients in the Global and Local systems and static data maintenance and updates
• Resolving trade breaks, ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and also performing various reconciliations
• Monitoring the processing of all equity transactions between global/local order management systems and middle office system
• Limit maintenance on trading systems
• Learning various trading systems, global middle office system in a challenging, fast paced and technical environment
• Liaising with the relevant teams to resolve Audit related issues during Internal and External audits
• Full working knowledge of the India KYC and settlement processes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• CA / MBA and preferably NISM certified
