Security Administration Senior Analyst

Be the front-line support for our OKTA Identity platform and all the various integrations that impact our end users Work with support teams from all over the world to troubleshoot Identity issues as it applies to user experience including but not limited to Participate on new integrations to understand the nuances and complexities required to support the new customer or application Ensure processing and response to IAM requests to deliver premium services to the organization Support both enterprise and regional identity directories and the services they provide (Identity, application integration, replication, security, access mgmt, etc.) Support various directories for these integrations including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
