Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer requirement and provide proper solutioning.
- Gain proper understanding of technologies such as Firewall, SASE/SSE, IPS/IDS, WAF, Load Balancers.
- Configure the above-mentioned devices in customer environment as per the defined scope.
- Build and run test cases.
- Assist in set up of devices in production environment.
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues related to products/devices in pre- and post-production environment
- Contribute to documentation including SOPs, test reports, configuration guides, implementation plans.
- Following the project guidelines and maintaining the delivery timelines.
- Associate with other team members and create a healthy technical and non-technical environment
- Achieving a decent customer satisfaction and contribute in enhancing the same.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in configuration of different network security products, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of any or all the below listed technologies:
- NGFW platforms: Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, FortiGate and Check Point etc.
- IPS/IDS platforms: Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, FortiGate, Tipping Point etc.
- WAF platforms: Imperva, F5, FortiWeb etc.
- Load Balancer platforms: F5, Citrix, FortiADC etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Certification: CCNA, CCNP (Security), PCNSA, PCNSE, NSE-1, NSE-2, NSE-3, NSE-4, F5 Certified Administrator.
