Summary:
As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will lead the effort and teams to enable the development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Your typical day will involve assessing and managing compliance to risk-reducing behaviors and processes, ensuring that the security measures in place are effective and up to date. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, while also guiding your team in executing these strategies effectively. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to inform security strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement security policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with security incident response and management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
