Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to maintain high standards of service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and project updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and managing access control policies and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to access management systems.
- Familiarity with integration of ForgeRock solutions with various enterprise applications and platforms.
- Understanding of security protocols and standards relevant to access management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
