Summary:
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather and analyze security requirements, developing security solutions, and ensuring that all components meet the necessary compliance standards. You will engage in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall security strategy, ensuring that the organization s security posture is robust and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into all projects.
- Conduct regular assessments of security components to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
- Familiarity with security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
