Job Description - Security Support Executive

The Security Support Exceutive leads shift operations, ensures compliance, supervises guards, executes SOPs, responds to incidents, and maintains documentation and shift reporting discipline.









Responsibilities






  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Shift command: Oversee daily deployment, attendance, discipline, and performance of security Plan duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation based on site requirements. Conduct regular briefings, training, and refreshers on security protocols. Ensure guards follow SOPs, grooming standards, and operational discipline.
  • Access control: Monitor, control, and authorize entry/exit of employees, contractors, and Ensure proper issuance of access cards, ID badges, and visitor passes. Maintain accurate records of all entries, visitor logs, and vehicle movements. Ensure security guards follow access procedures strictly.
  • Material movement: Monitor entry/exit of company Verify material movement with approved gate passes. Maintain stock of asset logs and daily outbound/inbound registers. Conduct regular checks in storerooms and sensitive locations.
  • CCTV discipline: Ensure all CCTV cameras are functional and actively Coordinate with technical teams for CCTV maintenance, recording backups C retrieval. Review surveillance footage during incidents or for routine audits.
  • Compliance: Maintain daily logs, attendance sheets, incident registers, patrol reports, and key Ensure all documents are updated, complete, and available for audit. Track and manage gate passes, key movement, and ID card issuance.
  • Incident response: Respond immediately to security breaches, thefts, altercations, or Conduct initial inquiry, gather statements/evidence, and escalate to management. Maintain proper documentation of all incidents and follow-up actions.
  • Patrolling C Physical security checks: Ensure periodic patrolling of floors, parking, perimeter, and restricted Record observations in the Patrol Register. Identify risks such as open doors, electrical hazards, leaks, or safety violations. Report abnormalities immediately.
  • Reporting Requirements: shift reports with strength vs deployment, exceptions, incidents, patrol compliance and system exceptions.
  • All other duties, as assigned.








Qualifications






Minimum 5 plus experience in corporate security.

 

  • Shift Handover / Takeover Note (standard template).
  • Shift Daily Report (attendance, deployment, patrol compliance, exceptions).
  • Post Audit Checklist (minimum frequency as defined).
  • Incident/Exception Reports within SLA

Working Conditions:

With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;

  • Regular computer usage.
  • Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.
  • Travel, as required.
