Job Description:

• Perform
  end-to-end functional, security, and performance testing for enterprise
  web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
  
• Develop
  test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and traceability
  matrices based on business and technical requirements.
  
• Validate
  business workflows implemented using Camunda, Drools decision rules (DMN),
  Spring Boot services, and Modernized FDR-IT integrations.
  
• Design
  and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user
  acceptance testing activities.
  
• Perform
  API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate functionality,
  reliability, and security.
  
• Conduct
  security testing using tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or equivalent,
  and identify vulnerabilities aligned with OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
  
• Validate
  authentication, authorization, RBAC, OAuth 2.0/JWT, session management,
  encryption, and secure API communication.
  
• Perform
  performance, load, stress, and endurance testing using tools such as
  JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent to validate application scalability and
  stability.
  
• Analyze
  performance bottlenecks, monitor response times, throughput, and resource
  utilization, and collaborate with development teams to resolve performance
  issues.
  
• Validate
  application behavior under concurrent user loads and peak transaction
  volumes.
  
• Collaborate
  with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and DevOps teams to ensure
  quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
  
• Participate
  in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups,
  and defect triage meetings.
  
• Develop
  and maintain automated functional and API test suites using
  industry-standard automation frameworks where applicable.
  
• Execute
  security and performance regression testing for every release to ensure
  application stability and compliance.
  
• Track,
  prioritize, and manage defects using Azure DevOps or equivalent ALM tools
  until closure.
  
• Prepare
  test execution reports, defect metrics, security assessment reports, and
  performance test summaries for project stakeholders.
  
• Support
  release validation, production deployment verification, and
  post-production smoke testing.
  
• Contribute
  to continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation, security
  practices, and performance engineering.
