Accountabilities

As a SEM Specialist, you will:

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Collaborate with the paid search team to design strategies that boost growth and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and apply data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct competitor research to uncover trends and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the Paid Search Manager to improve performance.
• Ensure all campaigns align with KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in PPC strategies, including bidding, keyword targeting, ad copy optimization, and landing page testing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and familiarity with tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in Excel (pivot tables, large dataset analysis, actionable insights).
• Proven ability to manage accounts of varying scale and budget while maximizing ROI.
• Knowledge of automated bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with genuine enthusiasm for search marketing.
