We are looking for a Senior 3D Gameplay Animator with 5+ years of professional experience in game
animation and a strong understanding of end -to -end animation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high -quality gameplay animations for characters, creatures, sports actions, and props
• Develop polished and responsive animations that blend seamlessly with gameplay mechanics
• Integrate and fine -tune animations inside Unity
• Collaborate closely with gameplay designers, technical artists, and engineers
• Support animation pipeline development including rigging, skinning, implementation, and
optimization
• Build animations from scratch based on gameplay requirements and references
Required
Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in game animation at a senior level
• Strong expertise in gameplay animation, game character animation, and prop animation
• Deep understanding of animation pipelines and gameplay integration workflows
• Hands -on experience with rigging and skinning
• Strong knowledge of in -place animation
• Excellent understanding of physics, motion, timing, weight, and gameplay mechanics
• Highly skilled in creating animations that feel responsive and blend naturally with gameplay systems
• Technical expertise in Unity animation systems including:
o Animator Controller
o Blend Trees
o State Machines
o Root Motion
o Animation Re -targeting
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize animation implementation issues
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on Sports titles such as:
o Cricket
o Tennis
o Baseball
• Experience creating gameplay -driven sports movement and realistic motion systems
• Familiarity with procedural animation, IK setups, and animation optimization workflows
• Experience with Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder, or equivalent tools

• Strong eye for gameplay readability, responsiveness, and player feedback
• Experience working in cross -functional production environments with art, design, and engineering
