We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience — preferably from a jewellery or manufacturing background — and possess strong analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports after detailed analysis of the trial balance.
• Manage quarterly hard closing of accounts and coordinate annual statutory audits.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.
• Handle insurance matters, including claims and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and PF.
• Coordinate and support internal audits and income tax-related activities.
• Lead financial forecasting and monitor key metrics including working capital and inventory levels.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, track actuals vs. variances, and recommend corrective measures.
• Actively participate in due diligence processes during audits or financial assessments.

Qualifications

• CA-qualified professional with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in jewellery or manufacturing industry preferred.
