We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide valuable financial insights to support decision-making. The role requires expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and manage tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic business goals.
• Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls to maintain integrity and compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Support financial planning, cash flow management, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities effectively.
