Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage end\-to\-end accounting operations. The role involves daily accounting entries, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, and support in accounts finalisation. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

·     Maintain day\-to\-day accounting entries

·     Handle ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents

·     Assist in monthly and year\-end accounts finalisation

GST & TDS Compliance

·     Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, etc.)

·     Perform GST reconciliations (GSTR\-2A / 2B)

·     Handle TDS calculations, returns, and compliance

Reconciliation & Reporting

·     Bank and ledger reconciliations

·     Vendor and customer account reconciliation

·     Support management with basic financial reports and data

Audit & Compliance Support

·     Coordinate with CA for compliance support

·     Maintain statutory records and documentation

 

Candidate Requirements

Qualification

·     B.Com / M.Com/Inter CA or equivalent

Experience

·     Minimum 2.5+ years of relevant accounting experience

·     Exposure to manufacturing accounts will be an advantage

Skills Required

·     Strong knowledge of accounting entries and finalisation

·     Practical understanding of GST and TDS

·     Comfortable working with accounting software and Excel

·     Detail\-oriented with good compliance discipline
