Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team, with working hours from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Your expertise and analytical skills will help drive our financial strategy as we continue to grow in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, as well as variance analysis.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Support external audits by providing the necessary documentation and analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to financial reporting and accounting practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
