We are seeking an experienced Management
Accountant / R2R professional to manage monthly management accounts,
Balance Sheet reconciliations, financial analysis, billing, and budgeting
activities.

The role will work closely with the CFO on
monthly analytical reviews, variance analysis, ARR reporting, annual budgeting,
and cost tracking against budget.

Experience working with Ireland-based
clients is preferred.

Key
Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and
  supporting schedules.
  
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet
  reconciliations and resolve variances.
  
• Conduct monthly analytical reviews for
  CFO review.
  
• Perform billing analysis and support ARR
  reporting.
  
• Support the annual budgeting and
  forecasting exercise.
  
• Maintain cost trackers and monitor
  actuals against budget.
  
• Analyse P&L and Balance Sheet
  movements and provide variance commentary.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end
  close activities.
  
• Collaborate with clients and internal
  finance teams on accounting and reporting requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
  Commerce, or related field.
  
• 5–8 years of experience in Management
  Accounting / R2R / Client Accounting.
  
• Strong experience in management accounts
  and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  
• Good understanding of P&L, month-end
  close, variance analysis, and budgeting.
  
• Experience in billing and ARR /
  revenue reporting.
  
• Hands-on Xero experience is mandatory.
  
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder
  management skills.
  
• Ireland client experience is preferred.
  
• Exposure to UK / Ireland accounting
  practices is an advantage.
