Senior Accounts Executive

Handle end -to -end billing, invoicing, and maintenance of Books of Accounts in Tally ERP9 (Purchase, Sales, Cash, Bank, JV, Expenses).

Support finalization of accounts, cash flow statements, and stock statements.

Manage debtors & creditors reports and follow up on due payments.

Coordinate with banks for banking transactions and documentation.

Prepare TDS challans, E -TDS quarterly returns, and assist in GST & Income Tax assessments.

Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits; resolve vendor queries.

B.Com / M.Com / Additional Accounts Certification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP9 and Advanced MS Excel.

Good understanding of GST, TDS compliance, and basic taxation.

Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Ability to manage vendor coordination and banking activities.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and data entry accuracy.
