About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Accounts Executive on behalf of our client in the waste management industry. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience who wish to contribute to a purpose-driven organization while advancing their professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate GST & TDS accounting and compliance.
  




• Independently manage GSTR-1 filing, GSTR-3B preparation, and 2B reconciliation.
  




• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers.
  




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accounting accuracy.
  




• Manage taxation documentation and compliance processes.
  




• Handle day-to-day entries using MCS Accounting Software.
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MCS Accounting Software.
  




• Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.
  




• Sound understanding of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, and 2B).
  




• High attention to accuracy and detail in documentation.
  

Job Details:

• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  




• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
  

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Bonus: 1 month’s salary annually
  




• Leave Policy: 15 paid leaves per year (encashable)
  




• Appraisals: Annual (eligible after 9 months)
  




• Retention Benefit: 10% of salary retained for 20 months, reimbursed after 24 months
  




• Provident Fund (PF): Applicable if salary < ₹15,000
  




• Employee State Insurance (ESI): Applicable if salary < ₹22,000
  




• Professional Tax: ₹200/month
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be currently based in Surat
  




• Basic English proficiency preferred
