Senior AEM Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting our AEM platform.The Ideal Candidate :Experience :- 8+ years of experience in administering and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).- Proven track record of successfully managing AEM deployments across all environments (author, publish, dispatcher).Technical Skills :- In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, including Sling framework and content repository (CR) concepts.- Expertise in configuring and managing AEM instances for optimal performance and security.- Strong understanding of AEM administration tasks, such as user management, security settings, package management, and workflow administration.- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices relevant to AEM deployments (e.g., continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)).- Experience with administration operations best practices, including backup and recovery procedures.Additional Skills :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest AEM features and best practices.- Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python (a plus).DevOps Skills (Preferred) :- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies for AEM deployments.- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (a plus).- Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform (a plus).Responsibilities :- Manage the day-to-day operations of the AEM platform, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security.- Configure and maintain AEM user accounts, groups, and permissions.- Implement and manage security best practices within the AEM environment.- Install, configure, and manage AEM packages.- Create and manage workflows to automate content management processes.- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.- Monitor system health and troubleshoot AEM-related issues.- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to support AEM development and deployment processes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features and updates and implement them effectively.- Continuously improve AEM administration practices to optimize efficiency and performance.- Document AEM configurations and procedures for future reference.
