This role isn’t just about managing affiliates; it’s about building systems, growing brand relationships, and turning our affiliate program into a major revenue driver. What You’ll Do

Drive Strategy & Growth

● Take ownership of our affiliate marketing program and turn it into a growth engine driving 200 Crore GMV

● Set clear goals and work backward to build strategies that scale.

● Find, onboard, and empower top-tier affiliates and influencers.

Manage Brand Relationships

● Be the face of our company for key brand partnerships.

● Work closely with brands to create win-win campaigns and collaborations.

● Handle the day-to-day while always looking for ways to bring more value to partners.

Optimize Performance

● Deep-dive into campaign data to figure out what’s working and what’s not.

● Test new ideas, tweak commissions, and find ways to keep affiliates engaged and motivated.

● Build clear reporting systems that show real progress (and make our wins visible).

Collaborate & Lead

● Partner with internal teams (content, analytics, social) to make affiliate campaigns shine.

● Share feedback, align on strategies, and ensure smooth execution across the board.

● Potentially lead a small team as we grow, guiding them to deliver strong results.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

● Keep a finger on the pulse of what’s trending in affiliate marketing.

● Experiment with new tools, platforms, and approaches to stay competitive.

● Be the go-to person for fresh ideas and smart strategies.What You Bring

● 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital strategy, or partnerships.

● Proven track record of driving growth through affiliate programs.

● A knack for building relationships and getting people excited about what you’re working on.

● Strong analytical skills—you can look at numbers and know exactly what’s going on.

● Confidence to take charge, adapt on the fly, and own results.
