Bloom AI in based in U.S. and India (Delhi/NCR). This will be a hybrid work set-up.

About the role
Bloom AI is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, ideally for marketing teams. You will develop multi-agent workflows that help teams improve market intelligence, content creation, personalization, campaign execution and performance analysis.
This is a practical engineering role spanning solution design, development and deployment. You will work closely with clients, consultants and other engineers to turn business workflows into reliable AI solutions.

What You'll Do
• Design and build multi-agent solutions for marketing use cases
• Develop agents that combine enterprise data, external signals and business context
• Build workflow orchestration, tool integrations, APIs and retrieval pipelines
• Deploy solutions within clients’ Microsoft environments
• Establish evaluation, monitoring and human-review mechanisms
• Translate marketing requirements into clear technical designs
• Participate in client discussions, demonstrations and solution workshops

What We're Looking For
• 3-4 years of software, data or AI engineering experience
• Experience building production-grade generative AI or agentic applications
• Good understanding of models, APIs and MCPs
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, LLM APIs and structured outputs
• Understanding of marketing workflows such as content, campaigns, customer intelligence, personalization or analytics
• Strong Python skills and experience working with APIs and cloud services
• Familiarity with evaluation, observability, security and responsible AI practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry/Studio and Azure OpenAI
• Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint or Dynamics 365
• Building AI solutions within enterprise environments
• Working directly with marketing or commercial teams
