GST: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B and books of accounts. Handle GST audits, departmental queries, and notices. Coordinate with statutory auditors for indirect tax-related matters. Liaise with vendors, customers, and Corporate team for GST-related issues. Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure compliance. Track and monitor export bills in EDPMS. Ensure timely realization of export proceeds and closure of outstanding entries. Coordinate with banks for updating shipping bills and payment realization. Maintain records of shipping bills, bills of entry, and payment confirmations. Respond to queries from banks and regulatory authorities. Ensure accurate calculation of drawback rates and eligibility for monthly accrual. Track claim status and follow up for timely realization of refunds. Generate eBRCs through DGFT for all export shipments. Apply for incentive schemes (e.g., RoDTEP, MEIS) in DGFT portal. Maintain records of eBRCs and reconcile with export invoices. Liaise with banks and customs brokers for smooth processing. Education: Graduate in Commerce with specialization in taxation. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/MFGPRO) and MS Excel. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Good communication and stakeholder management.
