Your Role:

Process orders, Quotes from various countries. Send required and provide the ETA/availability to customers as requested. Assign the customer request to related team

Who you are:

• Enter all orders and quotes for the different countries on time


• Should be able to handle Order management process end to end


• Hands-on experience in ERP system SAP, Oracle and CRM tool SFDC


• Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the STAKEHOLDERS


• Communicating with customer on pre-order booking issue


• To solve the enquiries of customers providing the real time update on order status to keep customers informed


• Customer focused approach


• Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity


• Ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met on timely basis


• Consistently Achieving HOURLY and DAILY targets


• Process customer documentation requests


• Demonstrate good process knowledge within the region on all the activities

Basic Qualification:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university


• Preferably with relevant experience in SDFC, SAP, Oracle


• Experience in Order Management / Service Complaints with 2 – 3 years’ experience is preferred

Preferred Qualification:

• Should possess basic knowledge of SFDC Functional Knowledge and ERP (SAP & Oracle) user knowledge


• Hands-on experience on ERP’s like SAP, Oracle, Trackwise


• Should possess basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
