Work directly with clients across a wide range of investment transactions, including performing asset‑backed loan portfolios, real estate financing, and specialty financing mandates.
Deal Analysis & Onboarding:
Review and interpret modeling inputs from deal documents such as information memorandums, servicer reports, facility agreements, and other legal documentation to support accurate onboarding of deals onto Oxane’s technology platform.
Data Preparation & ETL Execution:
Build comprehensive working files in Excel, transform raw data, and load it into databases using standardized ETL processes to ensure clean and structured data flow.
SQL‑Based Data Querying:
Use SQL to query datasets and create database views that support report development and implementation.
Reporting Configuration (JavaScript):
Configure report components by working with facts, dimensions, and configurable parameters, leveraging JavaScript for dynamic reporting elements.
Portfolio Analytics & Client Support:
Support clients with ad‑hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance activities, and reporting requirements across the asset lifecycle.
Business Analysis for Platform Enhancements:
Act as a Business Analyst for platform features—capturing client requests, assessing change requirements, resolving issues, and collaborating closely with the product development team.
Extended Asset Management Support:
Function as an extended part of the client’s asset management team, contributing to asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post‑deal performance analysis, and business planning.
Requirements
Required Experience & Skill Set
Educational Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology along with an MBA/PGDM in Finance is mandatory. Strong inclination toward engineering and technology‑driven solutions is highly preferred.
Financial & Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of financial, lending, and debt concepts. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced‑level SQL (must‑have), along with solid knowledge of data architecture, data storage principles, and normalization techniques.
Relevant Work Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role or client engagement environment will be an advantage.
Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills:
Excellent attention to detail with strong logical reasoning skills to analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities for clear coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
Work Approach & Ownership:
Self‑starter with strong ownership mindset, capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
