The candidate would be mainly involved in the design, development, implementation and support of Business critical apps mainly on microsoft .Net technology.
As part of support, he would also be responsible for attending day to day calls (service requests, incident, problem) as per the agreed SLA.
Also he would be involved in creating/maintaining documents and work instructions, describe and setup procedures, contribution to design release, monitoring on availability/performance/capacity, training to users.
Technical Skills:
MS Office, Excel, MS Access, Communication, VB, .Net, SQL, ASP technical expert level
Optimizing performance, indexing, queries
Basic application/functionality configurations
Basics SQL/Oracle
Unix, Windows 2000/2003, Windows OS
Windows OS
Basic Knowledge of infrastructure setups
Trouble-shooting of Incidents
Experience required: 3 to 9 years
Soft Skills:
Proven good command of written English in global community setting
Customer focus, ability to communicate on different levels of organization
Ability to translate “user language” into process/ IT issue description for the own area of expertise,
Ability to work with little daily supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive environment
