Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

· Expertise in settlement of margin calls received from CCP’s, carry brokers & Exchanges (b) Treasury back – office funding & projections, work closely with front office dealers (c) Margin control/investigations (d) margin collection, monitoring & interacting actively with client’s to resolve any margin related topics of CCR (Cross Asset’s Collateral and Risk Operations)

• Create treasury norms - study, creation , validation and reporting .

· Closely monitor the liquidity for regulated currencies and threshold breaches for large account base ; follow up and communicate to stake holders.

· Define thresholds and ensure timely follow ups

· Monitor daily account movements and optimise treasury controls .

· Monitor account status periodically and ensure its correctness (open/closed) and reconciled between multiple applications

· Follow up Nostro statements integrations and exception management (orphan swift , missing statements, set ups… ).

· Monitor governance on data quality

· Perform management reporting of treasury controls

· Intraday cash flows monitoring through Central Bank tools or SG Payment system to meet the regulations

· Monitor controls for Treasury reconciliation between the bank statements and forecast/GL accounting

· Monitor controls for month end account and balance justification

· Perform regulatory / internal bank controls related to standards

· Face the interna/external audits and ensure all controls defined, updated and followed as per norms

Profile Required

As an expert in Clearing settlement , margin calls, CCP management for Controls team

5-7 years of experience in banking industry with 3-4 years of experience in managing , Custodian,clearer accounts

Proven knowledge of functional, domain and operational risk management.

• Intermediate stakeholder and partner management skills.

• Clear and concise communication skills.

• Ability to visualize process enhancements.

• Identify and resolve medium to high-level issues.

• Detect and define process enhancements, regularly.

• Prepare, attend and contribute to process governance
