| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1. Record accounting entries in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies 2. Resolve accounting -related issues and prepare reconciliations 2. Support month -end and year -end close processes for multiple entities (India and offshore) 3. Review and analyze Travel & Expense (T&E) reports for accuracy and policy compliance 4. Handle accounting areas including fixed assets, operating expenses, provisions, AP, AR, intercompany reconciliations, and leases 5. Maintain accurate and well -organized financial records 6. Support preparation and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports 7. Assist in audit assignments from planning to finalization within defined timelines 8. Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather data, resolve discrepancies, And ensure statutory compliance 9. Participate in process improvements and implementation of accounting procedures |
